Role Description The Chief Business Officer (CBO) is a full-time, hybrid role based in Noida, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The CBO will lead business strategy, oversee revenue growth, and drive market expansion across all service lines, including AI, cloud, data, and cybersecurity offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting business objectives, evaluating current market opportunities,



and guiding business development initiatives with key clients and partners. The CBO will collaborate closely with finance, delivery, and technology leadership to align business goals with operational capabilities and ensure sustainable profitability. The role also involves building and mentoring high-performing teams, establishing consulting frameworks, monitoring performance metrics, and representing the organization in strategic client engagements and industry forums.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret market trends, financial data, and business performance indicators.
Expertise in Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L; ownership, and investment decision-making.
Proven experience in Business Development, with a track record of building strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth.
