Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Group Head – Influencer Marketing to lead strategic client partnerships, oversee high-impact influencer campaigns, and drive business growth. This leadership role requires a seasoned agency professional who can manage large brand portfolios, mentor teams, build client relationships, and deliver integrated influencer marketing solutions that create real impact.

Key Responsibilities




Lead and manage a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and long-term client relationships.
Develop strategic influencer marketing campaigns aligned with clients' marketing objectives and business goals.
Lead end-to-end campaign planning, execution, optimization, and performance reporting.
Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers, talent agencies, creator networks, and platform partners.
Identify current business opportunities, participate in pitches, prepare strategic presentations, and contribute to revenue growth.
Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, content, media, production, and operations teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to clients.
Mentor, coach, and lead Account Directors, Account Managers, and campaign teams to achieve operational excellence.
