Job Summary
HySun Solar Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and organized Store Executive to manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and tracking of solar project materials. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring timely availability of materials for project and installation teams.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and verify incoming solar materials against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
Maintain proper records of all materials received, issued, returned, and transferred.
Manage inventory of solar panels, inverters, structures, cables, earthing materials, electrical accessories, tools, and other project materials.
Issue materials to project/installation teams as per approved requirements.
Maintain GRN,



Material Issue Slips, Stock Register, and Material Return records.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile stock with system records.
Monitor minimum stock levels and inform the concerned department about material shortages.
Ensure proper labeling, stacking, storage, and safety of materials.
Track material movement between warehouse, office, and project sites.
Coordinate with Procurement, Projects, Accounts, and Site Engineers regarding material requirements.
Identify damaged, defective, excess, or shortage materials and report them to management.
Maintain proper documentation for material inward and outward.
Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and secure.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports for management.
Support stock audits and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Follow company SOPs, safety rules, and inventory control procedures.
