Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and execution-driven professional to work directly with the Founder in building and scaling a new business venture. This role offers end-to-end ownership across market intelligence, business strategy, product development, brand building, marketing, and business expansion.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about identifying opportunities, building brands, launching products, exploring new markets, and driving business growth through strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Strategy, Market Intelligence & Growth
Conduct market research,



competitor analysis, and identify emerging market trends, customer insights, and growth opportunities.
Support the Founder in evaluating new business ideas, expansion opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
Develop and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies across General Trade (GT), Contemporary Trade (MT), E-commerce, Quick Commerce, D2C, and other emerging sales channels.
Monitor business performance, analyze key metrics, and recommend strategies to drive sustainable growth.
2. Product Development & Brand Management
Drive new product development, product enhancements, packaging, pricing, and product launches based on market requirements.
Contribute to brand positioning, product storytelling, and overall brand-building initiatives.
Identify suitable advertising, branding, and promotional platforms to maximize brand visibility.
Coordinate with creative agencies for branding, packaging, website, digital content,
