Job Description:
Bloomingdale International School in Vijayawada is seeking an experienced and dedicated MYP/DP Math Teacher to join our dynamic faculty. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience and a robust background in teaching Mathematics within the International Baccalaureate (IB) Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP).
Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Math lessons that align with the IB MYP and DP frameworks.
- Foster a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and student engagement.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and support to ensure academic success.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement interdisciplinary units and assessments.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student performance and development.




- Participate in career development opportunities to remain current with IB curriculum standards and best practices.
- Contribute to the overall development and improvement of the school’s mathematics curriculum.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience teaching Math in the IB MYP and/or DP.
- Strong understanding of the IB framework and its implementation in the classroom.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and parents.
