Role Description The Counselor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Counselor will guide learners and professionals in selecting suitable education programs, upskilling pathways, and global career opportunities aligned with their goals.



Daily responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions (in-person and via digital channels), assessing candidate profiles, advising on course and institution selection, and explaining application, visa, and financing processes where relevant. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in internal systems, coordinating with operations and admissions teams, and participating in events such as webinars, workshops, and job fairs. The Counselor is expected to provide empathetic, data-informed guidance, meet counseling and conversion targets, and uphold Leverage Edu’s standards of fairness, transparency, and learner-centric service.
Qualifications
Solid counseling and advisory abilities, including active listening, needs assessment, and goal-oriented guidance.
Excellent communication skills, with clear spoken and written English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
