Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and student-focused Educational Counselor to guide prospective students in choosing the right career path and training program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling students, understanding their career aspirations, handling admission enquiries, converting leads into enrollments, and ensuring an excellent admission experience from enquiry to enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding available courses, career opportunities, and training programs.
Understand students’ educational background, career goals, and recommend suitable courses.
Handle enquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, emails, website leads, and social media platforms.
Follow up with prospective students regularly to maximize admissions.
Convert enquiries into successful admissions by providing professional guidance and counseling.
Explain course curriculum, training methodology, certifications, internship opportunities, placement assistance, fee structure, and payment options.




Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, admissions, and student interactions in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the admissions, marketing, and academic teams to ensure smooth enrollment processes.
Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets.
Conduct career guidance sessions, seminars, webinars, and educational events when required.
Build strong relationships with students, parents, colleges, and educational institutions.
Resolve student queries professionally and provide excellent customer service throughout the admission process.
