Position Title: Manager – Capital Markets Department: Capital Markets
Role Overview:

The role involves managing end-to-end coordination with lenders, supporting fundraising initiatives, ensuring regulatory and covenant compliance, and enabling seamless data flow between internal teams and external financial institutions. The candidate will play a key role in strengthening lender relationships and supporting funding strategies for the NBFC.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a single point of contact for lenders including Banks, NBFCs, Mutual Funds, and other Financial Institutions.
• Manage lender onboarding end-to-end, including due diligence, documentation, legal coordination, and operational readiness in line with NBFC policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support fundraising activities by preparing lender proposals, data rooms, financial models, and presentations for securing debt funding.
• Coordinate with lenders for transactions such as term loans, working capital lines, securitization, direct assignment, and co-lending arrangements.
• Share periodic MIS,



pool performance reports, collection efficiency data, and portfolio analytics with lenders as per agreed formats and timelines.
• Handle lender due diligence requirements including data submissions, audit queries, and ongoing monitoring requests.
• Track and ensure compliance with lender covenants, including financial ratios, pool performance benchmarks, and reporting obligations.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective lenders to enhance funding access and optimize cost of funds.
• Maintain and update lender trackers, funding pipelines, sanction limits, and disbursement schedules.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Credit, Risk, Collections, Finance, Legal, Technology) to ensure accuracy and timeliness of lender-related deliverables.
