? Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP R2S / S/4HANA Service Consultant to support global template rollout programs across multiple geographies and business units.

The consultant will be responsible for solution design, template localization,



fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live hypercare for SAP S/4HANA Service processes.

5+ years of overall SAP consulting experience(overall 4yrs profile will also considered mus have done 1 E2E Implementation).
4+ years of relevant experience in SAP S/4HANA Service / R2S.
Minimum 1 complete end-to-end global template rollout implementation in SAP R2S / S/4HANA Service.
Hands-on experience in SAP R/3 Customer Service (CS) is mandatory.
Strong expertise in S/4HANA Service / R2S configuration and solution design.
Strong understanding of end-to-end Request to Service (R2S) processes.
Experience with global template deployment, localization, fit-gap analysis, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
Solid stakeholder management and communication skill
