Job Summary
Wealthwise Financials Services is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Specialist to generate qualified leads, build strong client relationships and promote our financial products and services.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach and an interest in mutual funds, insurance, investment planning and wealth management.
Key Responsibilities
Identify prospective clients through calling, referrals, networking, digital platforms and corporate outreach.
Generate leads for mutual funds, SIPs, life insurance, health insurance, retirement planning and wealth-management services.
Contact prospects, understand their financial needs and schedule meetings with financial advisors.
Explain products and services clearly without making misleading or guaranteed-return claims.
Conduct regular follow-ups and convert qualified prospects into clients.
Support corporate financial-wellness programmes, seminars, webinars and investor-awareness activities.
Develop and execute social-media, email,



WhatsApp and local marketing campaigns.
Create basic promotional content, presentations, client messages and campaign reports.
Maintain accurate lead, follow-up and conversion records in the CRM.
Coordinate with the operations and advisory teams for smooth client onboarding and servicing.
Achieve monthly targets for lead generation, appointments, conversions and business development.
Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Maintain confidentiality of client information and follow applicable company and regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Finance or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development or financial services preferred.
Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
Valuable command of Hindi and English.
Working knowledge of MS Excel,
