About the Role




This is a publisher SEO role at its core — built around how editorial content earns visibility in Google Discover and Google Search at scale. You'll own organic growth across our portfolio of ~25 content brands and turn a high-velocity, multi-brand content engine into a compounding organic growth channel.
Google Discover is our single biggest organic prospect — and the hardest to master. You'll be the person who understands how content freshness, engagement signals, visual and thumbnail choices, and topical authority combine to win and hold Discover traffic, and how E-E-A-T and topical authority are built and defended through every algorithm update — especially in news and YMYL niches.
You'll operate like an owner: setting the strategy and executing the small, tactical optimizations that compound into meaningful traffic and revenue.
