About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Content Reviewer to review, fact-check, and validate our upcoming Services Selection Board (SSB) preparation book. The primary focus of this role is quality control and process accuracy. However, if any section contains gaps or requires improvement during the review process, you will be expected to necessary minor updates or rewrite those parts.
Key Responsibilities
Content Review & Quality Control: Review the complete manuscript to ensure all content aligns with actual Armed Forces Selection Board standards (Stage 1 Screening, Psychological Tests, GTO Outdoor Tasks, and Personal Interview).
OLQ Alignment Check: Ensure all candidate guidance strictly aligns with the 15 Officer Like Qualities (OLQs) and discourage candidates from using memorized or artificial answers.
Need-Based Writing & Minor Updates (If Required): Rewrite or improve weak, outdated, or inaccurate sections identified during review. Add or refine sample practice sets (such as TAT/WAT/SRT exercises, GPE scenarios, or OIR questions) if content gaps are found.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Ex-Armed Forces Officer with service as an assessor at an SSB/NSB/AFSB center.
Senior SSB Mentor / Instructor with 5+ years of experience training defense aspirants and reviewing preparation material.
Solid proofreading ability, high attention to detail, and comprehensive command over the 5-day SSB evaluation system.
