NRole Summary
nThe Account Manager (AM) at Trzy will lead a portfolio of key brand accounts across experiential marketing, events, and integrated brand solutions. This role is responsible for senior client relationships, account growth, team leadership, and end-to-end delivery excellence, ensuring projects are executed to Trzy's creative and operational standards while maintaining strong commercial outcomes.
NKey ResponsibilitiesClient Leadership & Relationship Management

- Own and manage a group of high-value brand accounts across events, activations, and integrated campaigns N
- Act as the senior escalation point for clients and internal teams N
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with marketing heads, brand managers, and senior stakeholders N
- Lead client presentations, strategy discussions, and post-event reviews N
- Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business N

- Lead, mentor, andmanage Account Managers and Client Servicing Managers N
- Guide teams on client communication, planning, and execution excellence N
- Ensure explicit delegation, workload planning, and accountability N
- Conduct regular performance reviews and support team development N

- Translate client objectives into strong experiential and event solutions N
- Oversee planning, production coordination, and execution across multiple live and hybrid projects N
- Work closely with creative, production, operations, and vendor partners N

- Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met consistently N
