nAbout the Role -
NWe are seeking a motivated and persuasive Business Development Associate who will be responsible for engaging with Indian nurses, guiding them about overseas job opportunities in Germany, and promoting our German language training packages. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to build trust with healthcare professionals.
NRoles & Responsibilities –
NReach out to and counsel nurses about employment opportunities in Germany.
NExplain the advantages of working in Germany, including career growth, lifestyle, and financial stability.
NPresent and sell German language training packages essential for the job opportunity.
NFollow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings. v Maintain records of prospects,



leads, and conversions in CRM tools.
NAchieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
NCollaborate with the operations and training teams to ensure smooth onboarding of candidates.
NWhat we are looking for -
NBachelor's degree in any field
N(sales/marketing background preferred).
NStrong interpersonal and persuasive
NCommunication skills.
n0 – 2 years of experience in sales,
NCounseling, or business development
N(freshers with good communication skills may apply).
NExcellent verbal and written
NCommunication in English.
