Job DescriptionRole Overview
NResults-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand display business across the assigned territory. The primary focus of this role is robust channel sales management—recruiting, onboarding, and growing a network of AV integrators, IT channel partners and distributors and a primary driver for core B2B product lines, including Active LED All-in-One (AIO) screens, Professional Displays (Digital Signage), and Interactive Flat Panel Displays (IFPDs).
NKey Responsibilities
n1. Channel Sales & Partner Management

- Partner Acquisition: Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic channel partners, including System Integrators (SIs), AV consultants, and IT resellers. N
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for channel partners. Build robust, long-term relationships N
- Channel Enablement: Conduct regular product training sessions for partner sales teams on the technical advantages and use-cases of Active LED AIOs, Professional Displays, and IFPDs. N

Own and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for the assigned territory. N
- Pipeline Management: Work closely with partners to track end-user opportunities from lead generation to deal closure. N

n3. Technical Sales& Market Strategy

- End-User Engagement: Conduct joint client visits with channel partners for high-value enterprise, education, and government pitches. N
- Solution Selling: Position the right technology for the client's needs—whether it is an IFPD for a smart classroom, an Active LED AIO for a corporate boardroom, or a Professional Display network for retail digital signage. N
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing, new product launches, and regional market trends. Provide actionable feedback to the product and marketing teams. N
