nWHAT YOU WILL OWN
NCluster delivery — full P&L;, schedule, quality, and client outcomes for your geography
NSenior Manager development — build the layer below you;
identify and grow next-level leaders
NCapacity planning — anticipate site, PM, SPM, and vendor needs two to three quarters ahead of demand
NVendor ecosystem — strategic partnerships at city level;
rate cards;
masterservice agreements
NTop-account ownership — the top 3–5 clients in your geography are your direct accountability
NCross-functional alignment — work shoulder-to-shoulder with city leads in Design, Sales, Procurement, and
NFinance
nProcess and system build — codify what works;
push back what does not;
help build the Operations

nTalent pipeline — active in senior hiring;
