Job DescriptionAbout the Role
NWe are looking for a Senior Program Manager – Hardware NPI & Manufacturing to lead the end-to-end execution of hardware product development, from engineering and supplier readiness through pilot builds, production ramp-up, and mass manufacturing.
NThis role requires close collaboration with engineering, operations, sourcing, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure products are delivered on time, within cost, and at the highest quality standards.
NKey Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end program execution across hardware product development and manufacturing. N
- Own Current Product Introduction (NPI) milestones, including EVT, DVT, PVT, and production readiness. N
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Mechanical, Electronics, Firmware, Software, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing. N
- Manage suppliers, contract manufacturers (EMS), and external partners to ensure timely execution. N
- Oversee tooling, BOM readiness, production documentation, testing processes, and manufacturing readiness. N




- Identify and mitigate program risks related to quality, cost, timelines, and production capacity. N
- Lead pilot builds, production ramp-up, and monitor key manufacturing metrics such as yield, defects, and first-pass quality. N
- Drive cost optimizationand value engineering initiatives while maintaining product quality and reliability. N
- Establish project governance through regular reviews, dashboards, change management, and stakeholder communication. N
- Support post-launch manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. N

- 5–8+ years of experience in Hardware Program Management, NPI, Manufacturing Engineering, or Product Industrialization. N
- Experience taking electromechanical hardware products from development through production. N
- Strong understanding ofEMS/PCBA, plastics, sheet metal, machining, tooling, and assembly processes. N
