NThe Executive Assistant responsible for the Founder's Office is a trusted partner managing the office, schedules, communications, projects, organizational priorities and all stake holders while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion.
NKey Responsibilities:




NFounder's Office and Communication
NManaging all the tasks ofthe Founder's Office
NPlanning and managing theCalendar and appointments
NInitiatives and Project Management
NTracking and assisting with initiatives and projects
NMaintaining action lists and monitoring deadlines
NMeetings Management
nScheduling leadership and school wide meetings
NRecording minutes and action items
NEnsuring accountability and completion of commitments
NLiaisoning and Relationship Building
NSupporting liaisoning with external collaborators
NScheduling meetings and planning visits with Mentors and other delegates
