nAnimation & Motion Design

- Create high-quality animations, motion graphics, and visual effects for digital campaigns. N
- Develop engaging animated content for social media, websites, paid ads, presentations, and brand films. N
- Translate creative briefs and concepts into compelling visual stories. N
- Design animated assets,transitions, typography, and explainer videos. N

nCreative Collaboration

- Work closely withCreative Directors, Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters, and Client Servicing teams. N
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute cutting-edge ideas for campaigns. N
- Ensure all animations align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. N

nProject Management

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. N




- Review and maintain quality standards across animation deliverables. N
- Mentor and guide junioranimators and motion designers. N

nInnovation & Trends

- Stay updated withanimation trends, AI-powered creative tools, and emerging digital formats. N
- Experiment with new techniques to enhance content engagement and performance. N

nRequired Skills & Qualifications
