NJob Summary
nWe are hiring a Manager – Learning Design & Programme Delivery to lead the design of learning content and the end-to-end programme management of ISIM's corporate trainings, executive leadership coaching engagements & educational programs.
NThe role has two halves. The first is instructional design: converting learning frameworks and session objectives into workbooks, exercises, assessments and facilitator guides. The second is programme management: owning timelines, session scheduling, documentation, client reporting and vendor coordination across a multi-phase, multi-participant engagement.
NThe role will directly work & report to Sonia Dubey Dewan, Founder ISIM.

nLearning Design & Content Development

- Design end-to-endlearning experiences: activity flows, session timings,



debrief structures and facilitation plans N
- Develop participant-facing collateral including workbooks, reflection sheets, assignments, handouts and playbooks N
- Create facilitator guides and session notes for the Lead Consultant N
- Build and maintain assessment instruments, scoring frameworks, self-assessment tools and comparison formats N
- Prepare post-session assets: learning summaries, follow-up assignments, feedback analysis and reporting N
- Build and maintain a reusable content library and template repository across engagements N

nProgramme & Project Management

- Own the master programme plan, phase milestones, dependencies and critical path N
- Schedule and coordinateone-to-one executive coaching sessions across senior leadership clients N
- Maintain participant documentation with disciplined file structure, naming conventions and version control N
