Job DescriptionAbout the role NWe are seeking a CustomerSuccess Manager / Publisher Account Manager with experience in supply-side AdTech and programmatic advertising.
NYou will manage day-to-day client and publisher relationships while coordinating operational tasks across campaign delivery, reporting, troubleshooting, onboarding, and account growth. The ideal candidate understands the programmatic ecosystem and can confidently work across multiple accounts, platforms, and internal teams.

- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients, publishers, and partner accounts. N
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular calls, emails, account reviews, and proactive support. N
- Manage account onboarding, documentation, reporting, issue resolution, and ongoing account health. N
- Coordinate with Ad Operations, Yield, Sales to ensure timely and accurate execution. N
- Support operational workflows, including campaign delivery, ad setup, troubleshooting, pacing, reporting, and optimization coordination. N




- Manage multiple accounts and priorities while maintaining a high level of client responsiveness. N
- Translate client requirements into transparent internal action items and follow through until resolution. N
- Identify opportunities to improve account performance, client retention, and overall satisfaction. N

Required qualificationsn

- 1–3 years of experiencein Customer Success, Account Management, Ad Operations, Client Services, or Publisher Development within AdTech, digital advertising, or media. N
- Strong understanding ofprogrammatic advertising concepts, including SSPs, DSPs, RTB, OpenRTB, ad serving, targeting, and reporting. N
- Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager, Aniview, PubMatic, and/or other SSPs, ad servers, or programmatic platforms. N
- Experience handling client or publisher accounts regularly and managing multiple stakeholders. N
