Job Description1. Responsible to achieve daily / weekly / monthly targets as specified by the BM.
N2.Maintain & follow grooming standards as specified in the SOP Manual.
N3.Adhere to Enquiry Management & Booking Process as specified in the SOP Manual
N4.Responsible to handle enquiries through – Walk in, Telephonic, Email, City PSA & TravelAgents
N5. Ensure that customer is provided with complete details pertaining to the product & cost
N6. Responsible for relationship building and servicing the city PSA & TAs
N7. To maintain query turnaround time as per SOP8. Initiate telesales calls for follow ups & closure of sales bookings
N9. Responsible to coordinate with service team for post-sale process
N10. Maintain Daily Sales Report
N11. Responsible to maintain their enquiries in a database for future follow-ups and to regularlysend emails on recent offers
N12. Responsible to maintain Customer Satisfaction levels @ min 95% during the entire customerinteraction
N13. Adhere to company policy and systems
N14. Ensure zero monetary losses by cancellation of liabilities and timely collections
