NAbout the Role
nAsour operations expand across major industrial plants — refineries, steel, cement, power, and chemical facilities — we are seeking a dedicated Compliance & Site Mobilization Manager. This role ensures smooth mobilization of workforce and resources by maintaining compliance checklists, coordinating with plants, and preparing all documentation before deployment.
NKey Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain compliance checklists for each client and state. N
- Coordinate with plant teams to ensure readiness before mobilization. N
- Verify and prepare all EHS (Setting, Health & Safety) and statutory documents. N
- Ensure contractor compliance with industrial regulations and site-specific requirements. N
- Liaise with clients to address compliance queries and documentation needs. N
- Track mobilization timelines to avoid deployment delays. N




- Maintain records of compliance submissions and approvals. N
- Support site teams during mobilization and ensure adherence to safety standards. N

nRequired Qualifications

- n
- Graduate in Engineering/Management or related discipline. N
- 3–5 years of experiencein industrial contractor compliance, EHS documentation, or site mobilization. N
- Strong knowledge of industrial safety regulations and compliance frameworks. N
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills. N
- Ability to handle multiple projects and client requirements simultaneously. N

nPreferred Skills

- Experience in refineries, steel plants, cement plants, power plants, or chemical plants. N
- Familiarity with statutory compliance and contractor documentation. N
- Strong communication and client-handling abilities. N
- Proficiency in MS Office and documentation tools. N
