- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute full-funnel, digital-first
Ncampaigns (awareness → conversion) across Meta, Google, YouTube, and
Nprogrammatic platforms, to drive awareness, engagement, and ticket conversions

- Content and Creative Management: Develop content independently and act as
Ncustodian with creative and design teams to produce performance-led ad assets,
Nevent listings, and social content that drive engagement and conversions
N
- Data & Optimization: Leverage audience insights, campaign analytics and ticketing
Ndata to refine targeting,optimize spend efficiency and CPA to maximise ROAS
N
- Ticketing Operations & Conversion Management: Using in-house capabilities and
Nworking with third-party ticketing platforms for inventory management, tracking, pixel
Nsetup, and A/B testing tomaximize reach and occupancy
N
- Brand Playbooks: Develop scalable brand guidelines and detailed bibles across IPs
Nfor marketing assets, on-ground materials, and event-day touchpoints, in coordination




Nwith production design toensure a consistent world class audience experience

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business strategy, creative operations,
Ntechnology, and legal teams to align marketing initiatives with overall IP and
Nexperience objectives
nQualifications

- 1-2 years of experiencein marketing strategy and operations, ideally within live
Nentertainment, media or direct to consumer tech sectors
N
- Demonstrated success inscaling audiences and driving ticket sales through
Nperformance marketing, innovative campaigns and customer funnel optimization
N
- Robust command over Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and analytics
Nplatforms

- Hands-on experience with tracking tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, pixels, UTM
Nstructures)

- Ability to interpret data into actionable insights and communicate them clearly with
