nThis is a strategic Business Development role focused on driving current customer acquisition, key account development, and business expansion across diverse industry sectors.




NThe successful candidate will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver solution-driven Integrated Facility Management services while contributing directly to revenue growth and market expansion.

- Drive new business acquisition and achieve assigned business growth targets. N
- Develop relationships with CXOs, Procurement Heads, Administration, Facility Heads, and other key decision-makers. N
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across assigned sectors and geographies. N
- Lead customer presentations, commercial discussions, RFQs, RFPs, tenders, and contract negotiations. N
- Collaborate with Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Contracts, Finance, and Operations teams to develop customized and competitive business solutions. N
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through Salesforce CRM. N
