- JOB PURPOSE & SUMMARY N

nThis role requiresa strategic and technically proficient Solutions Leader to spearhead the development and execution of compelling Finance & Accounting (F&A;) solutions for RFPs and proposals. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in F&A; processes, coupled with a strong command of digital technologies, artificial intelligence, automation, and data-led transformation, enabling the creation of innovative, scalable, and client-focused solutions.

- PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES N

- Lead the solutioning and technical response for Finance & Accounting (F&A;)–related RFPs, RFIs, and proposals across industries. N
- Collaborate with sales,delivery, product, and technology teams to design end-to-end F&A; solutions aligned with client needs and strategic objectives. N
- Translate complex finance and accounting requirements into digital-first solutions leveraging automation, AI/ML, advanced analytics, and cloud platforms. N
- Develop solution blueprints, architecture diagrams,



and value propositions tailored to F&A; transformation opportunities. N
- Present solutions to internal stakeholders and clients through orals, workshops, and demos. N
- Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in Finance & Accounting, shared services, and BPM. N
- Support cost modelling,risk assessment, and transition planning for proposed F&A; solutions. N
- Contribute to the development of reusable assets, accelerators, and best practices for F&A; solutioning N

nFunctional & Behavioral Skills

- Proven expertise in F&A; processes (Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, FP&A;, Tax, Treasury) and familiarity with regulatory/compliance requirements N
- Robust understanding ofdigital enablers including ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday), Intelligent Automation (RPA, AI/ML), workflow/BPM tools, and data analytics N
