NAbout The Role:
NSenior laboratory managerto lead and oversee our Residue Analysis and Trace Laboratory — ensuring technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency in pesticide residue and trace contaminant analysis. This is a hands-on technical leadership role requiring deep expertise in GC-MS/MS and LC-MS/MS, method validation, ISO/IEC 17025 compliance, and team management.
NKey Responsibilities:
NLaboratory Operations & Technical Leadership:

- Lead and oversee pesticide residue and trace contaminant analysis using GC-MS/MS and LC-MS/MS instrumentation N
- Supervise analysis of pesticides, antibiotics, vitamins,



melamine, PFAS/PFOS, dioxins, furans, PAHs, PCBs, and other trace contaminants N
- Implement and optimize QuEChERS and advanced sample preparation techniques N
- Drive method development, verification, validation, and measurement uncertainty studies N

nRegulatory & Quality Compliance:

- Ensure compliancewith SANTE, AOAC, ISO/IEC 17025, FSSAI, and APEDA regulatory guidelines N
- Handle internal audits,NABL assessments, customer audits, and regulatory inspections N
- Maintain ISO/IEC 17025:2017 documentation, data integrity, and laboratory quality standards N
- Review and approve analytical data, chromatograms, validation reports, and test reports N
- Manage instrument qualification (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ), calibration, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting N
