N1. Revenue Strategy & Optimization

- Develop and implement cluster-wide revenue strategies aligned with market demand and brand positioning. N
- Drive optimal pricing decisions for rooms, packages, and promotions across all hotels. N
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to maximize RevPAR and market share. N
- Lead daily/weekly revenue meetings for all hotels under the cluster. N

n2. Forecasting & Budgeting

- n
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual revenue forecasts for the cluster. N
- Provide hotel GMs and corporate office with performance projections and variance analysis. N
- Support annual budgeting exercises with data-driven demand and revenue insights. N

n3. Inventory & Channel Management

- n
- Oversee inventoryallocation and rate parity across all online and offline channels. N
- Ensure seamless connectivity with OTAs, GDS, brand.Com, and other distribution partners. N
- Coordinate with Sales &Reservations; teams to ensure appropriate inventory controls. N





n4. Market & Data Analytics

- Analyze pickup trends, pace reports, segmentation performance, and displacement analysis. N
- Conduct competitive benchmarking using STR and other market intelligence tools. N
- Recommend tactical actions for compression days, low-demand periods, and events. N

n5. Pricing & Distribution Governance

- Develop cluster-level pricing architecture and maintain rate integrity. N
- Ensure adherence to BARstructures, negotiated rate strategies, and LOS restrictions. N
- Monitor rate parity across OTAs and resolve discrepancies promptly. N

n6. Collaboration &Stakeholder; Engagement

- Work closely withCluster GMs, Sales, Marketing, Digital, Reservations, and Operations teams. N
- Guide the property-level revenue team, ensuring alignment on strategies and execution. N
- Train front office and reservations staff on upselling, rate codes,
