NKey Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage sourcing to achieve business targets. N
- Generate and manage leads through channel partners, brokers, referrals, and direct sourcing. N
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders. N
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings. N
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maximize lead-to-booking conversions. N
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for seamless execution. N
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. N

- n
- 1–6 years of experience in real estate sourcing or sales. N
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. N
- Good knowledge of the Thane real estate market. N
- Target-driven with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. N
- Proficiency in MS Exceland CRM tools. N

- Prior experience in Real estate sales. N
- Candidate should be based in Thane or nearby locations. N
