NFINANCIAL CONSOLIDATION &HYPERION; REPORTING
N
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements for the Holding Company and SPVs.
N
- Upload, validate, and reconcile financial data in Hyperion reporting systems.
N
- Ensure accuracy of consolidation entries, eliminations, and adjustments within reporting timelines.
NMONTH-END AND YEAR-END CLOSURE
N
- Support timely closure of books across SPVs in coordination with finance teams.
N
- Review trial balances, schedules, and reconciliations before consolidation.
NINTERCOMPANY RECONCILIATIONS
N
- Perform reconciliation of intercompany balances and transactions across entities.
N
- Coordinate with stakeholders for timely resolution of mismatches and open items.
NMIS AND MANAGEMENT REPORTING
N
- Prepare MIS reports, variance analysis, dashboards, and management presentations.
N
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and analytical reporting requirements.




NSTATUTORY AND IND AS COMPLIANCE
N
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS, accounting policies, and Companies Act requirements.
N
- Assist in implementation of revised accounting and reporting standards.
NAUDIT COORDINATION
n
- Support statutory audits, internal audits, and limited reviews by preparing schedules and supporting documents.
N
- Coordinate with auditors for consolidation and reporting-related queries.
NERP / HYPERION DATA MANAGEMENT
N
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data uploaded into ERP and Hyperion systems.
N
- Support system validations, mapping reviews, and reporting controls.
NPROCESS IMPROVEMENT & CONTROLS
N
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization in consolidation and reporting activities.
N
- Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and reporting governance.
