NJob Summary
nThe job involves providing independent oversight and review of fraud investigations conducted by First Line of Defense teams of the Bank.
NThe role will ensure effective fraud risk governance with regards to Investigations, adherence to regulatory requirements, quality assessment of investigation outcomes and identification of emerging fraud risks and share relevant inputs/feedback to the First line of defense. The position requires robust analytical capabilities, an understanding of fraud risk management practices, and the ability to independently challenge investigation findings where necessary.
NKey Responsibilities
nFraud Investigation Oversight

- Perform independent review and oversight of fraud investigations conducted across the Bank. N
- Assess adequacy and completeness of investigation reports, supporting evidence and conclusions. N
- Review investigations pertaining to significant fraud incidents and large-value fraud cases. N




- Challenge investigationfindings where appropriate and ensure consistency in fraud classification and reporting. N
- Track closure of observations and remediation measures arising from investigation reviews. N

nGovernance and Framework Development

- Support enhancement of the fraud investigation oversight framework, standards and review methodology. N
- Ensure alignment of fraud oversight activities with regulatory requirements and internal policies. N
- Assist in strengtheninggovernance mechanisms around fraud management and investigation processes. N

nMonitoring and Reporting

- Prepare management information, dashboards and reports on fraud investigations, trends and control deficiencies. N
- Present key observations and thematic findings to senior management forums including FRMC and other governance committees. N
- Monitor emerging fraud patterns and recommend preventive actions
