NWe are looking for a dynamic and execution-focused skilled to lead MFD acquisition events, partner engagement initiatives, and investor education programs. The role will be responsible for planning and executing high-impact events, strengthening relationships with
NMutual Fund Distributors (MFDs), collaborating with Asset Management Companies (AMCs), and driving measurable business outcomes through regional activations and educational initiatives.

- Plan and execute MFD acquisition events, partner meets, investor education sessions, and regional activation programs to support business growth. N
- Develop monthly and quarterly event calendars across priority cities and key MFD clusters, aligned with organizational objectives and business priorities. N
- Manage end-to-end eventexecution, including agenda planning, speaker coordination, invitations, venue management, content creation, logistics, lead capture, and post-event engagement. N
- Organize SIP awareness campaigns, goal-based investing workshops,
tax-saving initiatives, and first-time investor education programs to enhance investor participation and financial literacy. N
- Collaborate with Asset Management Companies (AMCs) to conduct fund manager interactions, market outlook sessions, product launches, and training workshops for partners. N
- Support partner recognition programs, regional MFD communities, and engagement initiatives to strengthen distributor relationships and drive long-term loyalty. N
- Track and analyze eventeffectiveness using key metrics such as MFD lead generation, investor acquisition, onboarding conversions, SIP activations, attendance, and cost per lead. N
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure events are aligned with business objectives and deliver a seamless participant experience. N
- Identify opportunities to improve event formats, engagement strategies, and ROI through feedback
