NCustomer Care Executives.The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer
Ninteractions across various channels, resolving queries, and ensuring high levels of customer
Nsatisfaction.
nKeyResponsibilities:

- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls, chats, or emails professionally.
N
- Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing,



orders, or complaints.
N
- Ensure first contact resolution (FCR) and maintain customer satisfaction (CSAT)
Nscores.
n
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
N
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to quality guidelines.
N
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher levels appropriately.
N
- Meet performance KPIs such as AHT, quality, attendance, and productivity.
N
- Stay updated on product/process knowledge through regular training sessions.
NEligibility Criteria:
N
- Education: Graduate (Any stream). Or 12th pass with 6 months of experience
N
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Communication: Positive verbal and written communication skills (English)
N
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
N
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and 5-day work week (2 weekly offs)
