About the RolenWe are looking for a Solar Sales Engineer with robust technical knowledge and business development skills to drive sales of Solar PV solutions and Solar Mounting Structures (MMS).
Key Responsibilities N
- n
- Generate and develop new business opportunities in the solar industry. N
- Identify and connect with EPC companies, solar developers, contractors, consultants and industrial customers. N
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions. N
- Prepare BOQ, BOM, technical proposals, quotations and commercial offers. N
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations and technical discussions. N
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure. N




- Coordinate with Design,Engineering, Procurement and Project teams. N
- Conduct customer and project/site visits whenever required. N
- Follow up on quotationsand maintain a healthy sales pipeline. N
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships. N
- Track competitor activities, market pricing and new solar project opportunities. N
- Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports. N
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. N

Technical Skillsn
- n
- Good knowledge of Solar PV systems and Solar Mounting Structures (MMS). N
- Understanding of BOQ/BOM, technical drawings and project specifications. N
- Basic understanding of solar project design and installation. N
- Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills. N
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and CRM tools. N

Qualification & Experience N
- n
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Civ
