NIndiVillage Tech Solutions LLP is looking for enthusiastic and confident Field Sales Executives to support our Egocentric AI Data Collection Project across multiple locations. This is a field-based role involving daily interaction with businesses and individuals to explain the project, generate leads, and onboard participants.
NNo technical background is required. If you have strong communication skills and enjoy meeting people, we'd love to hear from you.
NKey Responsibilities

- Conduct daily field visits within the assigned territory.
N
- Explain the Egocentric AI Data Collection Project in a transparent and simple manner.
N
- Generate and convert leads into project participants.
N
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and communities.
N
- Meet daily and weekly outreach targets.
N
- Record field activitiesand maintain reports using a smartphone.
N
- Represent IndiVillage professionally during all field interactions.
NCandidate Requirements

- Minimum qualification: Diploma / Any Graduate.
N
- Freshers are welcome toapply.
N
- Prior experience in field sales, marketing, business development, or customer acquisition is an advantage.
N
- Good communication skills in the regional language and/or Hindi, as applicable to the assigned location.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with daily field work.
N
- Basic smartphone proficiency.
N
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
