- Build and institutionalize a robust quality culture across the entire real estate project lifecycle. N
- Drive excellence from design, approvals, construction, handover, and post-possession. N
- Improve project quality, delivery predictability, and customer satisfaction. N
- Promote innovation in construction methodologies, materials, and technology. N
- Enhance brand differentiation through superior quality and operational excellence. N

nKey Responsibilities
N1. Project Quality Management
N
- n
- Establish qualitystandards for design, engineering, and construction. N
- Review design coordination among Architectural, Structural, and MEP consultants. N
- Standardize material specifications and quality benchmarks. N
- Monitor execution quality across civil, finishing, MEP, and external development works. N




- Implement stage-wise quality gates (Design Freeze, Mock-ups, Sample Flats, Pre-Handover Audits). N
- Conduct periodic quality inspections and site audits. N
- Ensure timely closure of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs). N
- Minimize rework, snag lists, seepage, water leakage, and maintenance defects. N
- Drive continuous quality improvement across all ongoing projects. N

- Develop and implement Project Execution SOPs. N
- Establish standardized construction quality checklists. N
- Implement snag management and quality tracking systems. N
- Standardize consultant coordination protocols. N
- Define uniform handoverand possession standards. N
- Develop standard BOQs, specifications, and material standards. N
- Benchmark quality practices across luxury, premium, redevelopment, and affordable housing projects. N
