NAbout the Role
nWe're looking for a motivated Enterprise Sales Lead to drive business growth for SynRadar's cybersecurity product & managed engagements. You'll be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and managing the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to closing enterprise engagements.
NYou'll work closely with senior business and technology leaders, positioning SynRadar as a trusted cybersecurity partner.
NWhat You'll Do
nBusiness Development

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across enterprise accounts. N
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and generate qualified sales opportunities. N
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial outreach to deal closure. N
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. N

nClient Engagement

- Understand clientrequirements and recommend suitable cybersecurity & compliance areas. N
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions. N
- Prepare commercial proposals and coordinate with internal teams for successful project handovers. N

nRelationship Management

- Build long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for repeat business. N
- Represent SynRadar at client meetings, networking events, and industry forums. N

nCRM & Reporting

- Maintain accurateCRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates. N
- Track opportunities andprovide regular sales performance reports. N
