NKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Drive industrial product sales across hotels, IT companies, bars and pubs, hospitals, clubs, commercial kitchens, educational institutions and 5-star hotels N
- Grow the industrial equipment business exponentially across the south region N
- Manage and lead the regional industrial team N
- Intensify demand generation activities and efforts N
- Handle fabricators, consultants, hotel chains, architects, builders and large clients N
- Ensure accountability for territory sales, cost and operations N
- Coordinate with serviceteam for timely resolution of issues N




- Ensure business forecasting and uninterrupted stock planning N
- Meet large consultants and dealers and tie up for Ice-boy products across south region N
- Appoint and handle national accounts N
- Identify manpower gaps and recruit appropriately N
- Ensure AMC contracts for large national customers N
- Ensure periodic producttraining for all team members N
- Expand business verticals into new areas N

nEssential Skills:

- Proficiency in English, Hindi and local language N
- Experience handling large institutional customer requirements N
- Exposure to demand generation activities N
- Robust understanding ofpricing, margins, profit and loss N
- End to end institutional sales experience from lead generation to closure, installation and commissioning N
- Government channel, tender business and large project sales exposure N
- Experience leading a frontline regional sales team
