This is a pivotal role responsible for achieving student recruitment goals, shaping admissions strategy, and ensuring a seamless and inclusive admissions experience for prospective students across India and beyond.

- Develop and implement acomprehensive admissions strategy aligned with the university's growth, quality, and diversity goals N
- Achieve annual enrollment targets and monitor performance against institutional objectives N
- Oversee the full admissions lifecycle, including engaging with prospective students and families, evaluating, selecting and enrolling candidates N
- Lead, mentor, and manage the admissions and outreach team to ensure high service standards and operational excellence N
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to design and execute campaigns that attract robust candidates N
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, education consultants, and agents across India N




- Establish and manage systems for lead generation, tracking, nurturing, and reporting;
oversee data collectionand tele-counselling activities N
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support innovative student acquisition strategies N
- Plan and deliver promotional activities such as education fairs, seminars, workshops, and school outreach programmes to strengthen brand presence N
- Ensure consistent brandrepresentation across digital, print, and on-ground campaigns N
- Present regular reportson campaign performance, admissions pipeline, and outreach outcomes to senior management N
- Use admissions data andinsights to improve conversion rates and guide strategic decisions N
- Ensure compliance with university policies and regulatory requirements N
- Design and implement the admissions policies and procedures in line with University's goals and principles N
- Travel extensively and represent the
