NWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and coordination support to senior leadership. The role requires strong organisational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced professional environment.
NKey Responsibilities:
NExecutive & Administrative Support

- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

- Handle correspondence, documentation, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
N
- Act as a gatekeeper by prioritising communication and requests.
N
- Manage confidential andsensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
NCoordination & Communication
N
- Serve as a primary point of contact between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
N
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and leadership interactions across teams.
N
- Ensure timely follow-ups on action items, requests, and approvals.
NMeetings & Documentation
N
- Prepare agendas, presentations,
and meeting materials.
N
- Record minutes where required and track action items to closure.
N
- Maintain organised and up-to-date records of meetings, documents, and communications.
NLogistics & Scheduling
N
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel.
N
- Support logistics for leadership meetings, events, and stakeholder engagements.
N
- Ensure smooth scheduling across multiple priorities and time zones.
NQualifications & Skills:
N
- 3–6 years of experienceas an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
N
- Robust organisational, time-management, and multitasking capabilities.
N
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
N
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
N
- Detail-oriented with the ability to anticipate requirements and take initiative.

- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
