- Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Insurance Sales. N
- At least 2 years of experience in leading and managing field sales teams. N
- Strong understanding ofGeneral Insurance products and sales processes. N
- Experience in team handling, business development, and target achievement. N
- Prior experience in agency, direct sales, or distribution channels will be preferred. N
- Marathi (spoken and written) is mandatory. N

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners. N
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market expansion in Solapur and nearby areas. N
