NThis isn't a conventionaltravel sales role. You'll manage the complete customer journey—from the first enquiry to post-trip follow-up—ensuring every client receives a seamless and memorable experience.
NKey Responsibilities
n* Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to booking.
N* Generate current business and build long-term client relationships.
N* Understand client requirements, preferences and budgets through consultative selling.
N* Design customised itineraries with curated hotels, experiences and logistics.
N* Present proposals, negotiate and close bookings.
N* Coordinate hotels, transfers, activities, visas, documentation and vendor confirmations.
N* Ensure flawless execution and exceptional client satisfaction.
N* Handle changes, specialrequests and on-trip support.




N* Drive repeat business, referrals and upselling opportunities.
N* Track revenue, margins,conversions and overall business performance.
