NQWR Interactive Solutionsdesigns and develops head-worn computing devices. Our hardware team in Mundhwa, Pune covers industrial design, mechanical engineering and manufacturing under one roof. We are India's only domestic full-stack XR manufacturer, with 50,000+ devices shipped across 17+ countries.
NWe are looking for an Industrial Designer to define how our products look and how they feel to wear. The role covers the design of the product form, comfort and fit, the selection of colours, materials and finishes, and the release of finished 3D surfaces to the engineering team for development.
NThis is a full-time, on-site role in Mundhwa, Pune for someone with 3 to 6 years of experience on products that reached production.
NWhat You'll Do

- Develop the product form from initial sketches through to finished 3D surfaces N
- Ensure the product fitscomfortably across a range of head and face sizes,



including different eye distances, nose shapes, head widths and ear positions N
- Create smooth, high quality outer surfaces in Creo and release these files to the engineering team N
- Select colours, materials, textures and finishes, and maintain a set of approved reference samples N
- Review and approve colour and finish samples with suppliers and resolve issues that arise N
- Produce 3D printed models and mock-ups to evaluate how the design looks and feels in use N
- Support packaging design and product graphics as required N
- Take part in design reviews with engineering and manufacturing, and revise the design to meet production and cost requirements N
- Maintain design files and documentation for the areas under your ownership N
