NReporting To: Managing Director / CEO
NCompensation: Maximum gross up to 24 LPA + DA +Incentive
NJob Summary
nThe Sales Head will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability objectives. The role involves leading the sales team, expanding distribution networks, managing key accounts, and strengthening the company's presence across General Trade and Institutional channels.
NKey Responsibilities

- Develop and implement annual and monthly sales plans to achieve business targets. N
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to maximize performance. N
- Expand and strengthen distributor and dealer networks across Tamil Nadu and other target markets. N
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion. N
- Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers,



and key accounts. N
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. N
- Ensure effective execution of trade promotions, merchandising, and product launches. N
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic MIS reports. N
- Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Production, and Finance teams to ensure product availability and smooth business operations. N
- Monitor receivables andensure adherence to company credit policies. N
- Drive sales productivity through regular market visits and distributor reviews. N
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales personnel. N

- MBA in Marketing / Sales preferred. N

nExperience

- Minimum 10-15 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry preferably from oil/Reliable/Food industry. N
- At least 5 years in a leadership role managing regional or state sales operation
