The incumbent will play a key role in driving strategic priorities, tracking execution of key initiatives, and supporting leadership on matters relating to business performance, portfolio strategy, operational transformation, and long-term value creation.

- BE/B.Tech./B.Com.in any stream, from Top Colleges/Universities. N
- MBA from top B-Schools or Qualified CA. N
- Minimum 8 years of workexperience in Strategy, M&A;, Investments role. N

- Relevant experience in Strategy, Chairman's/Founder's Office, Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Transformation roles. N
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand complex business models and strategic issues across sectors. N
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and structured thinking capabilities. N




- Strong financial modelling and quantitative analysis skills are essential. N
- Proven ability to independently manage workstreams and interact with senior stakeholders. N
- Excellent communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills. N
- High degree of ownership, maturity, confidentiality, and execution orientation. N
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility, and collaborative workplace. N
- MBA from a premier institute / CA with strong academic credentials preferred. N
