NWeekly Off: Alternate Saturday Off & Sunday Fixed Off

nWe are looking for an experienced NR Team Leader to lead and manage a sales team within the banking division. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership skills, experience in team handling, and a proven track record in sales and customer service.

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of banking sales executives. N
- Achieve team sales targets and ensure business growth. N
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and guidance. N
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer queries efficiently. N
- Track daily sales activities and prepare performance reports. N
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines. N




- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations. N
- Drive productivity and maintain high service standards. N

- Minimum 3+ years of Team Leader experience in the Banking domain. N
- Experience in team handling and team management is mandatory. N
- Strong background in Sales and Customer Service. N
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. N
- Ability to achieve targets and manage team performance effectively. N
