NKey Responsibilities:

- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance. N
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. N
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost control initiatives. N
- Partner with senior management to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations. N
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and liaise with external auditors. N
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial systems. N




- Lead and mentor a smallfinance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. N

nQualifications & Experience:

- n
- CPA or CA qualified with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. N
- Minimum 5–7 years' experience in a senior finance role, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors. N
- Solid understanding ofcost accounting, inventory management, and ERP systems. N
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. N
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. N
