- Oversee end‐to‐end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, exits, transfers, letters, HR helpdesk). N
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, compliance, and audit requirements across HR Ops functions. N
- Lead a team to deliver consistent, high‐quality HR services. N
- Establish, monitor, andimprove SOPs and service standards. N
- Collaborate with cross‐functional teams (Payroll, Finance, Admin, IT) for seamless employee experience. N

nAnnual Compensation Review Cycle

- n
- Lead end‐to‐end Compensation Review Cycle including planning, timelines, calibration management,



and system readiness. N
- Work closely with C&B; on salary benchmarking, merit and bonus allocations, and internal parity checks. N
- Support communication, guidelines, and training for managers during the compensation cycle. N
- Ensure data accuracy, approvals, and governance through all stages N

nHR Analytics & Reporting

- Develop and maintain HR dashboards, MIS, and analytical reports for leadership. N
- Drive data accuracy, standardization, and governance across all HR systems. N
- Provide insights on workforce trends (attrition, hiring, productivity, talent movement, headcount). N
- Partner with HRBPs and COEs to translate data into actionable recommendations. N

nBudgeting, Headcount & MPC Management

- Lead annual HR budgeting cycles in partnership with Finance and business leaders. N
- Manage and track manpower costs (MPC) including forecasting, variance analysis,
