The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying target accounts, generating qualified leads, engaging with decision-makers, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. This role requires strong prospecting, communication, and relationship-building skills, along with experience in B2B enterprise sales environments.

- Enterprise B2B Sales and Business Development of AR/VR/XR solutions. N
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure. N
- Engage with CXOs, Innovation Heads, HR/L&D; Leaders, Operations Heads, and Safety Executives. N
- Develop account plans, strategic partnerships, and industry-specific go-to-market strategies. N
- Conduct consultative discovery sessions to understand client business challenges and objectives. N




- Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to design customized AR/VR solutions. N
- Deliver impactful presentations, demos, and ROI-driven business proposals. N
- Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, networking, email campaigns, and outbound outreach. N
- Maintain CRM hygiene, opportunity tracking, forecasting, and sales reporting. N
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets while ensuring healthy conversion ratios. N
- Build long-term relationships with enterprise clients and key decision-makers. N
- Identify recent market opportunities and drive nationwide business expansion. N
- Strong experience in enterprise sales, SaaS, IT Services, Digital Transformation, or Emerging Technologies. N
