NRole: Senior Executive – Social Media & Content
NKey Responsibilities:
N1.Social Media Management
N* Manage and grow the brand's presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube,
Nand other relevant platforms.
N* Create and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
N* Publish, schedule, and optimize content across social channels.
N2.Content Creation & Strategy
N* Develop engaging content ideas for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and website
Ncontent.
n* Write compelling captions, product copy, campaign messaging, and brand communication.
N* Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and influencers to create high-
Nquality content.
n3.Reels & Video Content
N* Plan and execute Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video content.
N* Identify trending formats, audio,



and creative concepts to improve reach and engagement.
N4.Influencer & Community Management
N* Support influencer outreach and collaboration activities.
N* Build relationships with creators and brand advocates.
N* Manage community engagement initiatives and user-generated content opportunities.
N5.Analytics & Reporting
N* Monitor content and social media performance.

- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Content Creation, or Digital Marketing. N
- Strong content writing and communication skills. N
- Valuable understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging social media N
- platforms.n
- Ability to create content calendars and manage multiple projects simultaneously. N
- Familiarity with Canva and social media management tools. N
